When should I submit this form?
You can use this form if you have been locked out of your SCNX or Discord account. Here are some examples of common reasons:
- If you have lost access to the email account associated with your Discord account and are unable to change it.
- If you have lost the two-factor authentication of your old Discord account and can't remember the password.
If your request gets approved, you will receive access to all servers on SCNX the old account had ownership access to, and all subscriptions will be transferred to the new account. Other data won't be transferred.
